What are health coaches?
To put it simply, health coaches are highly educated guides in the fields of nutrition, wellness and mentoring. Health coaching, also referred to as wellness coaching, is a process that facilitates healthy, sustainable behavior change by challenging a client to develop their inner wisdom, identify their values, and transform their goals into action.
Why do you need a health coach?
Every athlete has a coach, every pro athlete has a coach – so why not take your healthy lifestyle to the next level? Whether your goal is to lose weight, deal with food addictions or just get healthy, health coaches take the time to listen to your concerns, find out where and why you are struggling, and figure out exactly what works for your body.
Especially when you’re having trouble with sugar cravings, it can be difficult to keep yourself in check. Most people lack willpower. This is where Seynani comes in – your pocket sized willpower. But even if you do purchase supplements, it can be challenging to use them everyday. Some of our customers have given us positive feedback and although they try to use Seynani everyday, some days they don’t. For those days, a health coach would be the one to keep you motivated and stay on track. Your health coach is your mentor, who will make sure you reach your goals.
People have different and specific needs, so no one diet works for everyone. Health coaches work with you on a one-on-one basis. You can experiment with finding what will work for you specifically, and how to change up your diet and lifestyle as you continue to make strides forward.

A little about Heidi
“A few years ago, facing medical issues, I leaned into a healthier way of eating. Some of the changes I experienced include: heightened mental clarity, increased energy, and weight loss. Over time, the small changes I incorporated into my daily life made a big impact.
This period of my life marked a new chapter, a time when I started to take food seriously; I began to notice how what I put into my body impacted how I felt from one meal to the next. It was during this time that I developed a curiosity to learn how food impacted others. Soon, as I realized I wanted to help others find their unique link to food, a passion was born!
As an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, I have studied many dietary theories and can support you as you make lifestyle and dietary changes designed to help you look and feel your best.”
Whether you’re dealing with sugar addiction or other kinds of health issues, and you can make those healthy life changes on your own, kudos to you. But every now and then, everyone needs motivation and support. We highly recommend working with a health coach to get started.
